Gilligan's Pub is a proudly female-owned neighborhood bar built on community, connection, and good times.

Owner Amanda first fell in love with Gilligan's as a regular, stopping in after work and making it the gathering place where friends celebrated milestones, weathered challenges, and created lasting memories together.

Known throughout Providence as one of the area's most talented bartenders, Amanda built a reputation for crafting creative cocktails, curating exceptional wine selections, and creating memorable experiences for her guests. When the opportunity arose to purchase Gilligan's, it felt like the natural next step in her career and a chance to preserve a place that had already become such an important part of her life.

Together with her husband, Jorge, Amanda has thoughtfully elevated the Gilligan's experience, enhancing the food, drinks, events, and atmosphere while staying true to what makes the bar special. Today, Gilligan's remains the welcoming neighborhood pub locals know and love, where everyone can pull up a stool, enjoy great company, and feel right at home.
