“Best food ever.”

The Galley Food Truck was started in Providence in the spring of 2024 by Jorge and Amanda as a way to bring fabulous food options to a bar that lacked the space for a kitchen. Primarily parked behind the bar, the food truck serves a unique fusion of Guatemalan and American Pub Food from May through October each year. The food truck is known for the best Guatemalan Shuco around. We also offer delicious Steak & Cheese Sandwiches, Crunchwraps, Guatemalan Taquitos, New York System Weiners, and so much more. The food truck is also available to travel to private parties, events, and catering. Follow us on Instagram for hours and menus!
